Town Secures Funding

“The first library of Upper Canada has received $67,000 from the province toward a major renovation project that has been under discussion for several years.

The capital grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation will be added to the $144,322 announced by the federal government last summer toward the $433,400 estimated total of the project. It was the first announcement of funds from a grant program celebrating the 150th anniversary of confederation.”
